Developed and directed 3 days of interactive, storytelling, and visual brand content for the Protocol Labs, IPFS Lisbon conference. A Massive 3D projection mapped stage called for a network of specialized content including dynamic speaker intro’s, environmental loops, and story driven presentations. Collaborated directly with Protocol Labs Eric Ronne and CD Nick Rubin of ‘Dirt Empire’ to ideate and produce an extension of the existing IPFS camp brand.
To connect the visuals with the heightened mathematical concepts of web storage and programming, we connected developed a geometric minimalist approach to the visuals. The clean lines, cubes, and mesh properties of the content all coincided with the actual functions of data storage, multi-lateral communication, and processing that the brand was known for.
As the Stage Art Director, I led the a team of animators across three timezones to ideate and execute a suite of over 30 dynamic and projection mapped visuals.
